Information collected on our adoption or surrender forms will never be shared, used for marketing purposes, or sold to third-parties.

Your information is only used by the rescue for the purpose of reaching out to inquire about you and the animals you either surrender or adopt. We also use this information for background checks as every potential adoptee must pass a background check prior to adoption from our facility. Even if we deem you not a great fit, your information will not be shared.

Liability waivers signed by you protect the rescue from lawsuits and will only be used in the event someone tried to sue us. The forms would be shared with our attorneys and the courts at this time.
